The onboard Android 8.0 OS provides access to various document reader apps, including Teamviewer and Blizz, and five USB ports allow for the viewing of compatible video, audio, and document formats. A VGA and three HDMI ports let you connect multiple source components, and an HDMI output enables you to daisy-chain your content to multiple displays.
The RM6502K outputs up to 350 cd/m² of brightness with a 1200:1 contrast ratio to help enhance visibility in bright environments. It supports up to 20 touch points for versatile interactivity and includes two touch pens.
Annotate and Collaborate from Nearly Anywhere with the Cloud
With cloud
features, EZWrite 5 helps to streamline classroom discussions
by making it easy for teachers and students to share ideas,
notes, and opinions as if they're annotating on the same
whiteboard, regardless of where they are. Also, AMS services
enables teachers to access files stored in cloud storage and
start the class directly through the display. EZWrite Cloud
Whiteboard allows you to collect, categorize, edit, and share
notes between the display and mobile devices.
Virtually Instant Cloud Access
EZWrite 5 allows
you to download and upload files directly to cloud services,
such as Google Drive and Dropbox, empowering you to modify
your files and take then nearly anywhere.
Floating Tool
The Floating
Tool built into EZWrite allows teachers to write atop any app,

Windows, Mac, Chrome, or Android, a teacher can take notes on
top of any on-screen content and save it. The Floating Tool

The RM6502K
features a fine IR touch designed to reduce the gap between
the landing point and the point displayed on the screen thanks
to its 32,767 x 32,767 touch resolution. It also enables more
natural handwriting by recognizing a smaller radius. To avoid
creating cursive handwriting by accident, the RM6502K has a
short pre-touch distance to enhance the touch and writing
experience.
Smart Eye-Care Solution
The Smart
Eye-Care solution can function with the help of the embedded
motion sensor. For a comfortable viewing experience, the
RM6502K will automatically activate Flicker-Free and Low Blue
Light features by detecting the movement of users near the
screen. The screen also has an anti-glare coating for
augmented visibility in classrooms with abundant ambient
light.
BenQ Launcher
The BenQ
Launcher helps streamline the process for teachers to start
classes. It is designed to integrate all the key tools into
one hub, enabling teachers to start sing the EZWrite
whiteboard or nearly any input source with a single tap
without logging into their accounts. Teachers can also put
announcements on the message board. The BenQ Launcher also
includes SwitchQ, a task switcher, letting teachers switch
between recent apps and input signal sources.

network drive, and cloud storage space, such as Google Drive

InstaShare is

Device Info and
Management lets you remotely control your displays with DMS
Cloud via the internet to help you lower TCO and energy
consumption. DMS Cloud is designed to save you the hassle of
repetitive manual installation by enabling you to install
Android apps for a selection of displays. OTA (Over-the-air)
updates via USB or LAN let you upgrade the display to the
latest firmware to help keep it running smoothly.
DMS Local
DMS Local is a
device info and management software based on the Windows OS.
Users who would like to control their displays remotely via a
LAN can download DMS Local software for their operation.
MDA (Multiple Display Administrator)
MDA software is
available for those that would like to control their displays
remotely via RS232.
Voice Control, Available via a Future Firmware Update
The RM6502K
offers added flexibility with Voice Assistant, allowing
teachers to start timers or search the internet from wherever
they are in the classroom. Voice Control is scheduled to be
integrated into the display via a future firmware update.
